A wonderful shopping experience! I messaged the seller with a question about the feel of the item as I have sensory issues and unpolished wood gives me the ick. Not only did they reply quickly, but went above and beyond to send me multiple pictures of the different diffuser blocks they have to answer to the best of their abilities. I'm happy to report the feel of this sanded wood doesn't trigger my yuck response and I love the natural look of it in my car!
