Shipping policy
1. Do you ship internationally?
For customers, Plantish only ships to USA and Canada right now; however, we hope to ship internationally in the future.
For businesses, we do offer to ship internationally. Please reach out to hello@plantishfuture.com for more details.
2. Do you ship carbon-free?
As a small business, we partnered with Route Insurance which works with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Patch allows us to invest in high integrity carbon removal projects that are vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve and The American Carbon Registry. 3. How long until I get my order?
Plantish ships out orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. If you have not received your order within 3 weeks' time, please let us know by emailing hello@plantishfuture.com and we will sort everything out for you.
3. How do I track my order?
For Expedited (tracked) shipping, a tracking number will be attached to your order when it is shipped; you can click on the tracking link to see the tracking status.
There are some products that can be regular mailed. In this case, no tracking number is provided. However the estimated shipping time is 2 weeks in North America.
4. I am a business owner, can I purchase Plantish's products in bulk?
Plantish Wholesale offers special wholesale prices for other businesses and individuals with a minimum order value/quantity.
