For other orders, as a small business, we value every single customer and have tried the best of us to offer lower shipping fees varying from US$3.81/CA$4.99 to US$6.86/CA$8.99.

Do you ship internationally?
For customers, Plantish only ships to USA and Canada right now; however, we hope to ship internationally in the future.

Do you ship carbon-free?

How long does it take to ship my orders?
Due to the busy holiday season and the Canada Post strike, you may be seeing longer than normal times to send out your orders. We appreciate your patience as our team works hard to get your packages to you holiday season and apologize for any inconvience.
We select couriers that have tracking enabled and your orders should normally arrive within a week in North America. Some secluded regions may take longer. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
How do I track my order?
For Expedited (tracked) shipping, a tracking number will be attached to your order when it is shipped; you can click on the tracking link to see the tracking status.
There are some products that can be regular mailed. In this case, no tracking number is provided. However the estimated shipping time is 2 weeks in North America.
What is your return policy?
Plantish does not accept returns as returned inventory in the US alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.
If your tracking number status is delivered, we unfortunately won't be able to cover stolen or misplaced packages. However, we are partnered with Route to offer Package Protection to orders at checkout to give you a piece of mind. Covering loss, theft or damage in transit with instant resolutions and support.
